Recurrent water leaks flood flooring & mold ceiling -
Read Moreis ongoing for years through numerous tenants. They paint over it & move people through a defective property. The Blackwater Sewage (raw sewage) backup up through bathtub drain flooded carpet. Reps admitted that management had refused to clean carpet and left raw sewage contamination, but later falsely claimed they had cleaned carpet. Delayed repair of AC, even during over 100 degree heat.

the apartment complex was well kept and the office staff was in general friendly and helpful. my biggest compl Read Moreaint was that in the two years I resided here the complex changed owners or managrnent companies five times. the problem this presented was that each company tried to have their own set of rules which sometimes resulted in differebt policies outside of my lease.

Maintenance never fixed my dish washer. It was broken since I moved in. The police were at the property at le Read Moreast weekly for domestic disturbance or who knows what else. I moved out of the property early due to a roach problem.
