Parking is rated one star because if I were not paying additional for covered parking, I would more often have Read More to park far from my apartment unit. Also, residents are required to obtain a parking decal sticker but non-residents still park where only residents should. I've seen people park at Crestmont Reserve and then walk to the neighboring complex. Noise is rated two stars because I hear my neighbors above me each day, several times a day. I know the noise happens through out the day, because I frequently work from home. Grounds is rated one star because I've seen people allow their dog to defecate on the property without picking it up. Staff is rated one star because after about 2 years of living at Crestmont Reserve apartments, I don't recall anyone at the office answering when I call the office. I've even called when someone showed up at my door claiming to be maintenance but he didn't have on any clothing that represented Crestmont Reserve, or any other way to identify that he was associated with Crestmont Reserve. He also was not able to explain to me in English why he was at my apartment. He only said stove . I cautiously let him in and no issue occurred. However, I would not have been concerned if I were able to call the Crestmont Reserve office and have someone identify that he actually work for or is contracted by Crestmont Reserve. Even when I have a simple and quick question, I have to go to the office because my call is not answered when I call Crestmont Reserve.
Now that the rent and valet trash is increasing again, I am considering moving after I've met all of my obligations to Crestmont Reserve.

There are a few parking problems if you don't buy a covered parking spot, but nothing major. Upstairs neighbor Read More noise is a bit loud but their schedule makes it not much of a problem. Neighbors seem to be mostly friendly working class people with pets nearby dog park . Really my only concern is on move in day the bathroom, kitchen, and front door locks were not up to standard. However the manager brought a maintenance crew over immediately and worked on the problems. The office staff are top notch and were one of the main reasons I chose Crestmont Reserve. They helped with issues for move in and actually treated me like a customer, instead of an annoyance.
