Renting an apartment in Downtown Dallas puts you in the heart of this vibrant and dynamic Texas city. Downtown forms the hub of a Metroplex that spreads in all directions. The Arts District, a 69-acre development constructed over 10 years, includes a high rise residential apartment buildings set to open in 2012. The district houses the city's visual and performing arts venues, such as the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, the Nasher Sculpture Center and the ATT & T Performing Arts Center, among others. Downtown also includes the historic West End District where its preserved buildings now host eateries, pubs and shopping.
