Finish out of units is great, left enough character from the buildings past as an office but made it liveable. Read More Ample parking, freight elevators making moving in much easier, guest parking is a nice plus as well. Grounds feel secure, generally clean, and my neighbors are pleasant and have had no noise issues. Very happy here, as of one month in.

Elevators need to be in working o Read Morerder all the time, not just every now and again.

The building is often not clean inside and the carpets are always dirty. There is always people at the pool w Read Moreay after the hours of closing and the music is often not shut off at the pool either. My bedroom window faces the pool. It is an issue I brought up a few times last summer and has already started again this year.
