The utility bills here are often unsatisfactory. I do not want to go through the process of finding places to Read More load cards to pay rent. That disturbs me. I am 100% disabled. I don't want to have to change my routines. That intersection at Preston View and Preston Rd is a nightmare. I am satisfied with the property and staff. The things listed above prevent from giving my home an excellent rating.

I've lived here for many years. There has always been an issue with the gates. They used to break all the time Read More. Now they're working regularly. The issue now is that people just park by the gate or they line up waiting for someone to let them in. It's ridiculous.
