The manager is never available. Maintenance request take forever, I have made several requests and gave up on those things being fixed, about a year ago.

The apartments themselves are very nice. The previous manager kept it resident friendly and maintenance had a Read More24 hour or less turnaround. The arrival of the current management brought changes that made it hard on residents. Rather than put POOL CLOSED signs on the gates leading to the pool/clubhouse area, they padlocked the gates and locked access to the club room/coffee bar which is supposed to be open to residents. Maintenance requests only have a fast turnaround now if they are emergencies.
