Terms
9-12 Month leases only and based on availability. Our application fee is $50. We do accept your pets. Depending on weight there is a $400-$850 deposit (half is a non-refundable fee) required. $10 pet rent each month per pet. Two pets are allowed (one deposit for both) Please, no aggressive breeds. !!! We now have an OFF THE LEASH DOG PARK!!! $25/each refundable deposit for dog permit tags. Copy of shot records and pictures will need to be provided.
