The Renaissance at Preston Hollow offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 18 months. Rental rates and lease terms vary based on floor plan, lease term, availability, and move-in date. An application fee of $75 per adult. Refundable deposits range from $300 to $500. The Renaissance at Preston Hollow accepts cats and dogs with a 2 pet limit per apartment home. A $250 refundable deposit and a $250 pet fee is required per cat and per dog under 60 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. No more than 2 dog per apartment, no more than 2 cats per apartment, not to exceed 2 pets per apartment.
