Maintenance is fast and efficient. I got a discount when i signed my lease but still haven't got it.

Maintenance requests were often unanswered or unfulfilled for days-even when my AC stopped working in the summ Read Moreer. Also when I signed my lease I saw that the lease, the leasig agent assured me the pet deposit was refundable when I said I didn't want to sign if the pet deposit wasn't refundable. At the end of my lease they wouldn't refund my deposit and said it didn't matter what I was told or how things were explained to me since I had signed the lease. They definitely take advantage.
