The overall stay at Thorn Manor was good, but there were a couple of things that wasn't so good. There was a p Read Moreest problem as well as maintenance problems within the apartment.

You get what you pay for. The cost is considerably cheap but each year the rent increases with no extra amenit Read Moreies or upgrades. Older apartments and problems are fixed with paint. The office staff is friendly and they attempt to solve issues. It's average.
