Instead of painting over the base boards just replace it. Paint is peeling and there is space betwen the wall Read Moreand boards.

      The inside of my apartment ceiling is cracking and the paint is peeling off. The 1/2 bathroom sink is cracking Read More. Bathroom tub needs to be recaulked. Have the staff to notify tenants when one trash can is full go to the nearest one instead of laying the trash on the side because it makes the complex look bad.

        I definitely think I should have received a complimentary carpet clean or upgrade to my appliances with an inc Read Morerease of $115 to renew my lease. I understand market rates very well but it has felt as though I've gotten nothing for the extra $1200+ I've paid this last year.
