The pipes within the walls of the apartment rattle at different times through out the day and evening with dif Read Moreferent time span variations. The paint on the walls, bathroom and kitchen counters are peeling because of the constant application of paint over and over again. The carpet is beyond disgusting in my opinion. There are numerous paint stains from maintance on it and markings from the previous renter.

RThe exteriors/porches are a continuous battle. It seems like they are never complete and they are falling ap Read Moreart/breaking. Since changing the porches, we have not ceiling/barrier from the people above us. There stuff (cigarette ashes, ect.) that fall onto our porch.
Since having parking for a price, it creates no parking for families with two vehicles. There was no issue with parking previous until this money-opportunity for the complex. People have multiple vehicles taking spaces with expi
