I am a 12 year resident of the Pointe. In that time I have enjoyed not only beautifully maintained grounds but Read More exceptional maintenance and some of the friendliest office personnel ever. Problems are resolved quickly, work orders done usually within a day and extra care extended to residents like outdoor events, coffee at the club house and a great pool. Care free living at a great price....it doesn't get any better!

The overall review is good. I like the area, its quiet, clean and office staff is friendly. The office staff Read More always greets you with a smile and asks how they could help. Everything generally always gets fixed. For the last 9 months I have had an issue with the dishwasher. Since I moved in my dishwasher has worked and worked well. It stopped working well and I have had a lot of issues. I feel as if the maintenance just gives me excuses. I've given up and very disappointed.
