Our lease terms are: 3-13 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: 75 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. $5.00 pet rent, $200.00 pet deposit, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Two pet max per unit. Dogs, if permitted: at a minimum, residents will not be allowed to have a dog that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Malamute, Bull Terrier, wolf-dog hybrid, Chow-Chow, Great Dane, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds.
