I am very pleased with every aspect of living at Avington Apartments. The ladies I have talked to are informed Read More, prompt, and courteous. The apartments are clean, inside and out, the garages are a nice size, and there are so many things to enjoy;, like the pool, gym, grilling area, offers of meeting each other at get togethers and the dog park. I am already recommending Avington to friends because of the family-like feel you get the minute you move in.

Not a bad place to live, though parking kind of sucks and they go overboard with handicap parking. Overall the Read More staff is very nice except for this one guy in the office. Only down side would be the pet deposit and the fact that they ban pitbulls but other than that it's a nice place.

Our apartment is the 2/2. Upon move in, the apartment was clean & well taken care of. The appliances & fixture Read Mores are nice. The apartment is spacious & we have a large balcony, which is a plus. The outside of the apartments are well maintained & kept clean. The complex is built off of a golf course. We love the view, it adds to the feel of the community. The complex is located very close to the highway, shopping centers, & anything you need, but still has a very private atmosphere. The complex itself is quiet. The neighbors are friendly. We have a CARES team, they host community events throughout the month. They do an awesome job at setting these up & being consistent with events. We have used all of the amenities here, the pool & hot tub, fireplace & grill, gym & tanning bed, club house & business center. We definitely enjoy them & the convince they provide. The maintenance staff, headed by Tyler, are always available & on top of things. If anything needs to be addressed, they get right to it. The office staff are amazing as well. They are friendly & caring. Jamie, Michele & Daniel are always ready to answer questions, assist & help whenever they can. We have been here nearly 2 years, & love the apartment, the CARES team, & our office & maintenance personnel. The complex is great & located well. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in this area.
