      Its the worst. Management is unprofessional. Rent goes up for no reason. Pools are closed in the hottest of ti Read Moremes. Very noisy and it gets worse once you try to move out. Its like a unhealthy relationship you can't get out of. Even if you give them a notice they say you didn't and then fine and bill you.

              Worst apartments ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The rent is constantly increasing with no updates or Read More anything. In order to park your car in the carport you have to walk a good piece, it's not close to you apt at all. The managers at professional at first but a soon as you try to move the become disrespectful and rude. Plus they take forever just to fix the smallest thing. Tried moving out and gave them a 3 month notice and at the end I got kicked out before the day we agreed. Had to move out on a Holiday weekend because they had someone moving in already. wouldn't go there again even if I got paid!

              Overall I had a good experience at Chesapeake apartments. My only complaint about this apartment is that I had Read More noisy neighbors. Children were often in the pool area very early on weekend mornings when I wanted to sleep in. This problem could be avoided by not living in an apartment that overlooks the pool. The apartment is not in the best part of Fort Worth but it is close to a lot of things. The maintenance was great-staff responded to make requests quickly.
