The building is old, but the dollar per square foot is not as good as the surrounding apartments with equal co Read Morendition. Furthermore, the rent has consistently increase over the years, while no upgrade of maintenance are being done to the units.

When the price was considerably lower, I felt I was getting what I paid for. With the increases and additiona Read Morel billing (water,sewer,etc.), the lack of niceties becomes apparent.
