The property manager has changed 3 times in one year, the air conditioner broke down and flooded the town home Read More several times. They did not replace the carpet, only pulled out the padding and left the walls mildewed. Then they charged me for it when I moved out. The new property manager is awful! For $1,400.00 a month on a three br town home you'd think there would be better service!

In my 9 month lease, there were 3 different managers. When I knew my lease end was coming up, I emailed manage Read Morement to see when I needed to renew or give my notice of evacuation. I was told my lease ended on a different date than I'd thought. Later, I was told they'd made a mistake. By the time they got this to me, it was past the point I was supposed to provide notice to evacuate and they were increasing the rent by about $250. I wound up spending far more money than I should have.

The townhouse was not as clean as we expected, especially the kitchen and cabinets there. Repairs requested Read Morebefore move in were not done timely. However, requests for repairs after move in were timely.

After selling our home we looked at many places in the Arlington / East Fort Worth area and quite honestly thi Read Mores met our needs best. The community is quite, clean and well maintained. I do feel the units need some updates (considering the rent) and more recently personal maintenance issues could have been handled faster - I don't believe you will find a better facility.

They only had one person attending the office who was not helpful and would never answer the phone or be there Read More. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it would take days, even weeks for it to get addressed because there was only one guy and he was always booked. The was at least a sweetheart and as helpful as possible. The apartment itself is old and creaky and not worth the rent cost. When I moved out I left it cleaner than move-in and they kept my deposit anyway as "required cleaning cost".
