Apartment Deposit: $100-$300, Admin fee: $100, Application fee: $60 per person Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets maximum, For pets 1-25 lbs: $150 pet deposit AND $150 non-refundable pet fee for a total of $300 is due prior to move in. For pets 26lbs and higher: $250 pet deposit AND $250 non-refundable pet fee for a total of $500. A monthly pet rent of $10 will also be required. Breed restrictions apply.
