THE GOOD: Maintenance is reasonably prompt when I have had issues with air conditioning (once), appliances (on Read Morece). Security gates are good, not great, occasionally they malfunction and are left open. THE AVERAGE: Rent increase after one year was 5% THE FAIR: Water and trash bills went up and stayed up almost $20/month since move in. THE POOR: Exclusive contract with Access Media 3 for cable TV/Internet service. Internet service can be very poor at times.

The apts need updating n the gym needs other machines. Also there is no covered parking or washer & dryers or Read Morelaundromat.

At times it took the office staff a little long to respond to requests. The traffic around 35 and 820 was also Read More a huge downfall. Even though I was not too far from downtown (7 miles) sometimes it would take up to 40 minutes to get back to the apartments because of the accidents and construction.

During my stay at Horizons at Fossil Creek, the maintenance and leasing staff have been usually prompt and sat Read Moreisfying of my needs. The community was usually peaceful, which was important to me. The one criticism that I have stems from the occasional changing out of waste bins near my apartment unit. Sometimes the dump truck would come at 5:00 a.m. and changing out trash compactor bins are a very noisy and lengthy process. Nevertheless, the property manager handled that problem appropriately.
