Awful maintenance. We had SEVERAL issues while living there and most were never addressed. We got the run arou Read Morend or told it wasn't an emergency . Tried to get in contact with corporate and that never went anywhere. We were finally backed into a corner and decided to break our lease and move because we were miserable.

I enjoy my apt mostly for the location and the price. It is cheaper than other gated complexes in the area th Read Moreat I originally looked at. The only problems I have had so far have mostly been office/maintenance issues. Once maintenance has come to my apartment they go above and beyond but getting them there takes multiple requests. I assume that has to do with communication between office personnel and maintenance. I will continue to rent as long as the price stays reasonable.

It would receive an excellent grade but the trash valet is something i wish they did away with because i hardl Read Morey use them but im still charged every month.

Maintenance Issues Discovered On Move-In Day Were Not Promptly Addressed.
Maintenance Requests Are Still Not Promptly Handled.

Apartment Is However Spacious, Well-Oriented And Of Good Quality.
