Leasing Terms

Our lease terms are: 3-12 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details)
Pet Policy: 80 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $15.00 pet rent. $300 pet deposit. Restrictions: We welcome two (2) pets per apartment home. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit and a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $15 per month. Weight restriction is 80 lbs combined/total and aggressive breeds are prohibited.

Everyone is warm and friendly. Upon move-in, it would have been nice to have found a six pack of bottled wate Read Morer in the refrigerator with a welcome card. When you're packing and moving you forget to bring that along until later.

When I went to the door at 5:58p (they close at 6p) to pick up a package an employee sitting at his desk helpi Read Moreng another customer yelled, we're closed. So if you want that type of treatment and pay $1400 a month, you're home!!

Every expectation set from reading about Ridglea Village was met and exceeded. My stay has been absolutely won Read Morederful, and the living areas, including the outside community, has been the best! The staff members are a pleasure to work with - better than any complex I've ever inhabited! I am STILL pleased with the aesthetics, and look forward to coming home every single day! The location is also amazing! Everything I need is within walking distance! I am truly spoiled!!!
