Customer service was overall not great, had pest problems repeatedly expressed (mice and roaches - they would Read Moreonly put down a couple traps and spray for bugs - no prevention), pools always closed, laundry stolen from laundry facility, entrance and exit gates almost always open or broken, pet stations w/o trash can or bags, apartment smelled like smoke possibly from neighbors and air duct cleaning didn't help anything (ruined clothes and luggage)

lack of entry and exit gates, fence stays in ill repair due to this and tenants are blamed, dangerous area, la Read Moreck of parking spaces and resident manager felt it was appropriate to reserve herself two spots for one vehicle and her car straddled both, then she moved all her lowlife friends with non-running vehicles in for free and kept maintenance busy cleaning her place while residents needed repairs made, not enough locks, painted over countertops, doors that won't lock or shut properly.
