Our lease terms are: 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months, 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 months, 13 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Pet Policy: $15 pet rent. $400 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Domesticated pets are accepted with a 100 lbs weight/height limit at full growth. If more than one pet, weight is combined and cannot exceed the 100lb limit. A $250-$450 pet fee is required per pet (maximum of two) and a $150 pet deposit per pet must be paid in full prior to move-in. Pets will be subject to visual inspection and current shot records are required. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and may be required to sign a separate Pet Addendum. The Wyatt started out as a great place to live, until the management company changed overnight, literally. Aft Read Moreerwards, you could tell a difference in how they would treat residents. Fees for every little thing were added or increased (pet rent, deposit, parking, pool passes if lost, and of course rent) With My first two lease renewalsu rent went up just $20, totally understandable, but then new company comes in and it's well over a $150 increase.

Workout area is poor - TV's don't work, treadmills are cheap, area is very small with no free weights. Pool a Read Morerea is nice but security gates are irritating-grill (charcoal only, no gas) is outside the pool area. No sidewalk to the walk through gate so you have to walk through the grass to exit the property on foot when the office is closed.
Good news - handy to work if you work at BNSF. Also shopping area nearby is convenient - several restaurants/bars, dentist, doctors, all close.
