Ratings & Reviews
We moved in before all units were finished and we got into a new unit. The amenities are nice, small weight ro Read Moreom and game room for the kids. Pool is excellent. Location is perfect - RIGHT NEXT to Dallas North Tollway.

Alta Cobb Hill Resident
We've been living here almost four years, and the management has really deteriorated in the last year or so. T Read Morehe hallways are filthy and requests to clean them have gone unanswered for the most part (except for the instance in which there was vomit on the stairs). Paint touch-ups are no longer considered "maintenance" and we were given a tub of paint to do it ourselves. We've had a rent check mysteriously disappear after being delivered to one of the staff. Terrible!

More pet friendly than kid friendly. Office staff was very hard to work with.

Alta Cobb Hill Resident
When I moved in Dec. 2009 and for months thereafter, the place had a serious pest problem in the form of crick Read Moreets. Took about a year to rid the premises of the pests. This year, I only found 2 crickets in my apartment which were probably 2 too many, but still better than the dozens I would find in my garage in 2009. Also, as a first floor resident, I get tired of hearing upstairs neighbors, not because they are unnecessarily loud, but because soundproofing is lousy.
