The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, American Eskimo, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, or Staffordshire Terrier, as well as any mixture of these breeds are not allowed.
There is a limit of two (2) pets per apartment home along with a monthly pet rent charge per pet.
Pets 1- per apartment: $300 Non-refundable Pet Fee. $200 Refundable Pet Deposit. $10 Monthly Pet Rent.
Pets 2- per apartment: $500 Non-refundable Pet Fee. $200 Refundable Pet Deposit. $20 Monthly Pet Rent.
**REMINDER: All pets must be walked, on a leash, at all times per the City of Frisco Code**

Too many inconveniences living here. Granite counters were not sealed. Fire alarm testing was painfully loud Read Moreand lasted all day. Trash chutes are on the other side of the building, after we were originally told there was trash pickup at our door. Too many parking spaces are reserved and no one parks in them (unrented). I told them I would pay for two spaces if the price was reduced and was told there is no negotiating. Too many dogs. Mail pickup unorganized. I can go on and on.

Great apartment, no issues. Maintenance is quick and efficient, property is well maintained. Love the option t Read Moreo pay your rent on the portal, parking could be a little better but not a big deal.

Wonderful looking apartments. Nothing actually works, mold is everywhere, and the management team in the offi Read Morece (specifically Billy the GM) is the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

Really nice apartment layout and location is great. However cell reception is almost non existant, laminate f Read Morelooring (not real hardwood), noise is really bad at times. Feel that because my move in was around the time of construction being finished up a few things were hurried. Cabinetry not entirely finished. Would have liked more of a noise buffer especially for the hallways, doors, and upstairs. Maintenance is awesome. Super courteous and on time.
