The Marquis At Stonebriar Resident

Certified Resident for 3-5 years

They are more concerned with building a dog park than maintaining apartment homes. They continue to raise our Read Morerent to find improvements on vacant units. They don't realize that most of the people that maintain residents here is because of the school and they have no real amenities geared toward families. The office staff continues to be replaced once you get to know someone they are no longer employed. For loyal renters nothing has been don to improve our quality of living.

Parking could be frustrating. There are no assigned spots. If I got home late all spots near my apartment woul Read Mored be taken by units with multiple vehicles or even garages. Would be nice if they assigned at least one space per apt. unit.

The listing agent I first spoke with and with whom I leased was no longer with the company when I moved in. Th Read Moreere were several items pertaining to the apartment, i.e. laminate flooring, which changed to grooved vinyl wood-look planks. I was charged a "premium" for this inadequate flooring which the company considered an "upgrade" from carpeting. This is only one example of situations which lead me to feel I had been misled originally.
