My biggest complaint with Indigo Pointe their neglect in keeping the apartment grounds clean, especially with Read Morethe trash dumpsters. There was one main dumpster in the middle of the complex that was equipped with an internal trash compactor. Unfortunately often the dumpster was over-run with trash to the point that residents were putting trash bags on the ground beside the dumpster. It was very unsightly and in hot weather the smell was unbearable. This detracted greatly from complex's appearance

It really started out great when we first moved there. When they changed ownership, it seemed as if the clima Read Morete changed. It went from wanting the best tenants to only caring about money. It was still a good place, but had been better. Those that were actually on site and running the complex were great.
