I paid my rent every month in full but was without a working kitchen for 3 months. There were no cabinet door Read Mores or drawers in the kitchen nor were there any doors on the bathroom cabinets. I finally got doors about 30 days after being in there but didn��??t get the kitchen drawers for approximately 90 days. Even when I got kitchen drawers I couldn��??t open them. I did request a pull for the drawers but was told I could not get them because ��??The Royal St. Moritz did not have drawer pulls.

This place is nice, but a bigger work out facility would make it better! Rent is a little pricey but the locat Read Moreion makes it worth it. Maintenance staff is fast and thorough. Leasing office employees need to have better communication between each other when dealing with paperwork/leases for residents.

It was always dirty, the hallways were never cleaned up, dob feces everywhere... the rent went up too high to Read Moreo fast, very bad customer services..., if anything broke, we were pretty much on our own... overall, a feeling that we are not wanted there.. there were people complaining that they were " invited to leave" because they needed some more units to charge a higher rent of new comers... I am not impressed at all.

The property is good overall and well maintained. However, pool and noise policies are not enforced. It's not Read More uncommon during the summer for loud pool-parties extending well past midnight. Calling administration has no effect.

The complex was dirty on a regular basis. Residents had pets off leash causing dangerous situations. Our apa Read Morertment had an issue with bugs. I have rented three apartments that I found on Rent.com this is the only one I would not recommend.
