I love the apartment design with the attached garage. I'm disappointed in the wear showing such as the carpe Read Moret, the cabinets, the fixtures for the amount I'm paying in rent. Also there is no insulation. My electrical bill is twice what it was for a house twice this size and I can feel the wind around the windows.

The staff always gave written notice to every apartment if anything was happening in our complex. (Hot tub was Read More closed for cleaning in the summer, the festivals were in town and we should use extra caution with our cars, anytime there was a police report for the town they told us) I have not had that level of communication in any other complex and it was awesome! Only thing we had a problem with was the small gym was also used for group classes and tough to work out in at the same time.

Good community, but the rent price has steadily increased over the years as the property has slowly fallen apa Read Morert and has needed repair. Only recently with a change in personnel has the property received new paint and some new improvements to the grounds, but drainage is still an issue in places.
Competition is growing in the community, and high rent coupled with an older property wont cut it in the future.
