Office staff were rude. They will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease. My subfloor was damaged and Read Morehad to have carpet ripped up and floor relayed and the carpet was reinstalled poorly. When I moved out the tried to charge me for it. Very poor management the never walked the apartment before I moved in.

Unknown charges are always found and you will receive invoices in the middle of the month. Check to make sure Read Moreall discounts and specials are applied to your account because if not then you might be over paying in rent.

I spent about two years at Fossil Hill and only moved out because of personal circumstances, that was about 7 Read Moremonths ago and I am still wishing that I had stayed at Fossil Hill. The rent was fair, the grounds were cleaned daily (I would see main. man picking up trash every morning), two pools that were always opened all season, the staff never gave me any problems, if I ever had an issue it was taken care of the same day or the very next day. I loved Fossil Hill.
