Appliances failed continuously, pest infestation, security issues, poor internet services due to power lines, Read Moreparking rules are ridiculous, insufficient guest parking, thin walls, porch had broken glass and garbage buried under 2inches of dirt, rusted metal landscaping equipment along sidewalks, flooding, and selective inforcement of lease contract; example BBQ pit usage, pet droppings, canopy.

Read Moremorning around 9:30 am at visitor parking, I called Astro wreck company and they told me that the office management ordered them to come remove my car because I had flat tire yesterday. Please call me back ASAP so we can discuss this issue in Professional maner

Apartment flooded while I was at work. Maintenance came into my apartment and took apart my bed and moved all Read Moremy furniture. I wasn't given a warning, a phone call or an option of a place to stay until my place was righted. Parking was horrible. If you got home after 10 pm, you would it was likely that you would have to park in the street behind the apartment. I was towed because the parking was head in only, I will take some responsibility, but $300?!?
