5401 is a good complex. The buildings are sturdy, the staff is pleasant, the maintenance is usually quick, an Read Mored the security is good.

The management was completely rude and not helpful. They gave me an incorrect temporary parking permit when m Read Morey car was in the shop and I was driving a rental. Then they denied this when my car got towed and refused to pay for it. They also sent me an eviction notice when my automated payment from my bank did not go through without calling me or emailing me to tell me. This was after at least 6 on time payments which were clearly automated from my bank. Condescending, terrible service.

Apartment flooded while I was at work. Maintenance came into my apartment and took apart my bed and moved all Read Moremy furniture. I wasn't given a warning, a phone call or an option of a place to stay until my place was righted. Parking was horrible. If you got home after 10 pm, you would it was likely that you would have to park in the street behind the apartment. I was towed because the parking was head in only, I will take some responsibility, but $300?!?

Appliances failed continuously, pest infestation, security issues, poor internet services due to power lines, Read Moreparking rules are ridiculous, insufficient guest parking, thin walls, porch had broken glass and garbage buried under 2inches of dirt, rusted metal landscaping equipment along sidewalks, flooding, and selective inforcement of lease contract; example BBQ pit usage, pet droppings, canopy.
