Since management has changed, the overall cleanliness of the complex has declined. Additionally, management sh Read Moreould really consider proofing their emails for grammar, tone, and spelling - they often come off as very unprofessional.

We are sorry to hear that the property quality and communication with management has been a challenge lately. We would like to discuss ways to improve communication with you at the office when you have the time.
I don't know the staff as I did with the previous mgmt, unclean, no pest control, people running over staff (i Read More.e. Parking all day and night in tow away zones). Keep letting this building go down and the good tenants will move away (most have but some are barely holding on).

well the apt complex was excellent until the new management took over. seems there was always just one or two Read Morepersons in the office. mostly they were using temp employment. and they were slow to respond to requests. the previous management was very pleasant and mostly 4 persons there at all times. very sweet and quick to respond.
