the complex by itself is nice and good looking, the parking street is on terrible shape, is hard to find parki Read Moreng during the evening, a lot of cars without the sticker parked inside. The worst is the noice, you can hear every step of your second floor neighborhood, its really uncomfortable specially for sleeping, it looks like a lot people live at that apartment,i file a complaint long ago but the office didn't pay attention to it, i believe there is no sound insulation at all on that apartment.

We are pleased to have you as a resident of Belvedere Westchase. Our community is one of the few earlier developed communities that have been renovated in the Westchase area. There may be a few things that will need to be brought our attention to be repaired and that���s the reason we ask our residents if there are any work orders that need to be made when you come to the office. Regarding your pest concerns, I checked the pest control service sheets and your unit had the intense treatment during the 1st week of your lease with Belvedere. We also had the entire building serviced the following week. If you are continuing to have a pest control issue, please contact the office so we may add your unit to the weekly service list. Cons
-Leasing agents do not respond to emails and nobody ever picks up the phone. If you want info, you'll have to visit in person
-The paint job is sloppy. The doors and even some outlets are painted over, causing them to stick. Also, my bathtub was painted for some reason. There's still paint slowly crumbling off on a daily basis
-Paper thin walls. Be prepared to hear everything that goes on outside.

Overall the place and management are not bad. But this complex is old and it shows. The maintenance requests I Read More've had done they just sort of patch up the problems instead of actually fixing them. The amount of rent I pay here seems high for this quality. I have shopped around and regret moving in here as I have found several much nicer places in the area for the same price range or slightly more. It's fairly quiet which is good, and they do keep the grounds clean, however structurally it's falling apart in many areas. Even just on my balcony the wood is rotting and the gate doesn't work properly. I'm not completely dissatisfied but I'm not thrilled and recommending anyone move here either.
