Overall, it is a good place, relatively safe and quiet. The management is pleasant. The maintenance staff is Read Morevery professional responsive and work hard at keeping the place looking nice. It is not yet the top notch 5 star place, but it is getting there.

It is a little over priced for issues that you may deal with like Parking Availability especially after 8 00pm . Every resident and guest parking spot is taken ALL THE TIME, which leads me to believe that there are more people staying in each apartment that reported. The power goes out a lot during the day. I work from home often, and so I have seen this first hand. Don't leave any times open in the pantry, unless it is in a plastic container, because there is an ant problem.
