Fairfield welcomes dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens! Breed restrictions do apply, so please call for specific breed and weight restrictions. *We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time

Pet Overview: Dogs and cats welcome. Your pet must be one year of age, have had health check and shots and be spayed or neutered. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file in our leasing office.

Fee, Deposit and Pet Rent: $250 fee, $750 deposit per pet, $15 rent

Support Animals: If the animal is a service animal for a disabled person, pet deposits are not necessary and breed restrictions do not apply. A signed Letter Regarding Support Animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required.

I do see some things improving since new mangament has took over the community. But I would like the staff to Read Morebe better. Its sad you have to get things in writing. Lack of commuaction in the office is a no-no. To be told something was going to happen and the outcome was something else is not nice. Amenties can't be used since they are being worked on. I do like the updates with paint and changing things to make the property feel diffrent and new. I'm excited to see what is in store for Brisa.

The manager is a very rude, inconsiderate lady who will stop at nothing to get even. She could be proud, arrog Read Moreant and racist sometimes. Previous management did a better job with residents.

Because upon moveing in my apartment was upgraded, however it was a very sloppy job. It was not properly clea Read Morened. The floor laminate is under warranty yet it is buckling and when I submitted a request to have this problem fixed, I received a notice saying "floor was inspected"...floor still hasn't been reparied.
