Nice, parking could be better,. Personally I feel we need parking decals this would distinguish residents fro Read Morem the non-residents who are taking our parking spaces and not parking in the visitor area . Resident screening need to be reviewed carefully also, because some are scary and seem to be less caring of the property.

I've lived in these apartments from June 2015 until the date of this post so about 1.5 years. The apartments i Read Moren that time have been bought out once and changed management teams twice. The same issues are always coming up though. They want you to buy covered parking for over 60 dollars a month which is outrageous so all the covered parking goes unused. Seriously since I've lived here the carports just sit empty with 1 sometimes 2 cars using them. The noise you can hear from other apartments at least in mine is very minimum. Unless you face the pool. People like to have loud parties well into the night and the thin glass windows make you feel like you can hear absolutely everything. The Pool clearly states you have to be out by 10pm but they don't care and neither does management. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone after hours to answer a call I gave up over 6 months ago. If it's after hours don't bother calling and leaving a voicemail unless you leave one that your toilet is exploding they won't call you back. The maintenance people do the bare minimum to get the job done every time. When I moved in my peep hole didn't work I think whoever painted the outside door painted right over the hole. I requested a new one. 2-3 months later after bringing it up over and over they finally sent someone out. He replaced the peep hole and it looks fine. The hole was bigger and it looked ugly but I didn't care. Turns out He didn't even replace the eye hole, all he did was drill a hole in the door I didn't realize that people could look right into my apartment for SIX MONTHS. You could even tell if I was home or not just by sticking your eye up to the hole. To this day it's still like this so I gave up and blocked the hole from my end.
I'm not saying it's a terrible place to live. For the most part I feel safe, my packages don't get stolen and it's relatively quiet. Then again, maybe I just got a lucky unit. My neighbors have been empty most of the time I've been here
