The grounds are kept consistently neat & clean. The buildings have been well maintained - i.e. metal railing k Read Moreept painted, outside kept painted and cleaned, lighting is good. I also like the security cameras. I love the beachy theme at the office and that I can actually see the lighthouse at night. I really love my apartment and the large patio, since I have a ground floor unit.

I was less than pleased that my vehicle was towed the night after re-striping occurred. I was out for most of Read More the day, and when I returned, it was already dark, so I had no idea that the parking lot had been re-striped. The office did not offer any help in getting the towing charge reimbursed, nor did the office notify me that my vehicle had been towed until 4 days later. This cost me over $300. This is the primary reason that I did not renew my lease.

I rated the way I did because I think everything we do have room for improvements. I think the residents opini Read Moreons should matter been that they pay a good amount to live there, for comfort, security, and safety. It's just my opinion. Residents should be considered top priority, and their needs should be met, even if the office staff go over and beyond.
