The security leaves much to be desired. Non residents were using pool at 5am after drinking in the pool all ni Read Moreght. No on sight security present. Called after hours number and got voice mail. Took pictures of people and provided to office. Hpd notified. Situation still has not improved.Sit manager ineffective at managing staff.

Pool has become the public Spring Branch pool! They have no control over who are or are not residents and how Read Morethey behave when they are there. Pool seating is filthy and needs to be scrubbed or replaced! 8 months ago I would have rated the property much higher!

a lot of humidity inside the apartments and also mold. many people who don't clean their dogs excrement
