Absolutely hate it here. We cannot wait for our contract to end. They charge you $600 in pet deposits. $300 re Read Morefundable and the other $300 nonrefundable. The pet park is always filthy. Constantly being bothered with bogus complaints! Parking is horrible! For the amount you pay in rent you would really think they would take care of things like that.

The property is really peaceful and clean. The maintenance is always prompt.Overall the property would get an Read Moreexcellent review if it was not for the Office staff. Most of the staff , including the property manager , is very helpful though the woman in charge of the credits and debits to the property is extremely rude.She does not value the tenants at all and has a tendency to harass tenents. I have been here 3 years and for this reason, I will not refer anyone and will not renew another lease.
