The property is really peaceful and clean. The maintenance is always prompt.Overall the property would get an Read Moreexcellent review if it was not for the Office staff. Most of the staff , including the property manager , is very helpful though the woman in charge of the credits and debits to the property is extremely rude.She does not value the tenants at all and has a tendency to harass tenents. I have been here 3 years and for this reason, I will not refer anyone and will not renew another lease.

Insufficient covered parking. Trash piles up around dumpsters because pickup is not done often enough. Pool i Read Mores too small for the # of residents. Pool and pool not cleaned enough and health dept has closed pool several times. Pool and hot tub are linked so pool water is hot in the summer. Outside apt windows have not been cleaned or stairs power washed in over 4 years. Rent increases exceed increase in cost of living. Do not move here!

The upkeep of the grounds and the apartments are excellent. When you let the office know that something needs Read More to be fixed, it is done very quickly. Everyone in the office is very nice.
