The office staff were completely unprofessional and rude. The worst one being the 'manager'. They had no idea Read Morehow to run a property and made up policies and rules to suit their moods. This was the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. And maintenance requests....forget it! I would put in the same requests 5-6 times just to get a call back and half the time it got 'fixed' it was broken again shortly after. I would never live here again solely because of property management and staff.

Management change while we were living there and many improvements were being made. My bad experience was an i Read Moresolated incident. My apartment was next to the leasing office and a pipe in the office broke. The leasing office and my apartment flooded while my husband and I were out of town. The leasing office never called us to let us know the apartment was flooded. A friend called us to let us know. Workers were sent to help clean up, but some of our things were broken in the process.
