The rent is way too overpriced, when you ask them to fix maintenance problems they don't. You have to continuo Read Moreusly ask until they do. The water bill overall pricing is WAY TO HIGH Their gym is horrible, all they have is treadmills, their pool is never open. The parking lot floods way too easily. They don't allow rent payments in the front office anymore. We have already had no water twice

Maintenance doesn't come to fix anything, and when they do... It's broken shortly there after. It's a bit over Read More priced for the lack of quality in the renovations. It's quiet.
