The maintenance was horrible! There was also a series of break ins, people were actually kicking in residences Read More doors in the middle if the day. Right before I moved, a neighbors car had been set on fire during the early morning. Imagine my surprise when I wake to a car alarm and after about 20 minutes of hearing it at 5 am, I walk outside to see a car ingulfed in flames! It looked like something in an action movie.

Certified Resident

There have been 3 incidents within the first year of my lease that the community has had water problems. In ea Read Morech incident they promise to make a fix so it doesn't happen again however it keeps happening. The community is quiet and has a great security guard.
