safe place to live. I ve been living in this apt from fall 2011 to today. this place got way improved with a 2 Read More4/7 security. We love staying here and we enjoy the new design of the complex with a 24/7 gym.

There is only one thing that I enjoy on property and that would be the front office staff. I do however do not Read More feel that the management staff is properly trained. After leasing and managing an apartment for three years i have noticed that there are a few things that are not done correctly. Such as, informing residents on construction work, changes to rules, pricing, and the proper technique of fixing residents maintance request.

The staff were rude. They gave me crazy charges when I moved out. They took forever to fix problems other tha Read Moren the maintenence man. Maintenence man came timely and did his jobs. The office staff were rude morons. Worst experience of my life. Too expensive for the ghetto it's in. The roads and the roaches were awful.

The leasing agents lack common sense and the parking situation is less than desirable, but my unit is great an Read Mored maintenance responds to requests in a timely fashion.

My biggest complaint is that the machines in the laundry facilities are always broken. Typically, there are 4 Read More sets of washers and only one of them will be operational. There does seem to be some security issues late at night because I see the police quite often but I've never had any bad experiences personally.
