Upscale is the only way to describe the apartment rental market in The Villages, and the Memorial neighborhood in general. But the newer, high rise and luxury buildings have significantly higher rents at about $1,000 to $1,400 for a one bedroom. Single-family homes, condos, townhomes also are available, but the selection is limited. Your travel time will depend on where you work, but most residents of The Villages have a 15-20 minute commute.
