short, long terms ok! 7,9or12 Months Pet Policy: All pets residing at Victoria Place must be approved in writting by management. Only 1 dog allowed per apartment with the weight limit not to exceed 30 lbs at full grown weight. 2 cats will be allowed per apartment with a combined weight limit not to exceed 30 lbs. Victoria Place will require a $150 additional deposit as well as $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
