Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $15.00 pet rent. $250 pet deposit. $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: We welcome two (2) pets per apartment home. There is a $250 non-refundable fee per pet and a $250 refundable pet deposit per pet. Pet rent is $15 per month for cats and $25 per month for dogs. There are no weight restrictions, but aggressive breeds are prohibited.

New management seems to be addressing problems that don't exist. The property has been under construction for Read Morethe past 18 months, and all I seem to have gotten from the inconvenience is a dog park, more sidewalks, and an unnecessary kitchen remodel.
