Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $300 pet deposit. Restrictions: No fee for birds or fish is required. 1/2 of Pet Deposit is Non-Refundable. Pet owners must pay a deposit and sign a pet agreement. Please keep your pet inside your apartment when not walking it on a leash. Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or to be left on your patio/balcony. A pet agreement, once signed, becomes a part of your lease. Residents not in compliance with these policies will be in violation of their lease.

I had a problem with small roaches. I constantly called them to exterminate, but the problem persisted. Other Read Morepeople in the complex didn't care about the quality of the apartments, they would leave trash bags in front of their doors for days (even though our lease specifically said not to). I reported this several times to the complex and they didn't care. I had to pay to board my cat for a repair to be made, then they didn't fix it bad I was out the money.
