The idea of having the hardwood floors upstairs is ridiculous. Whoever came up with that idea did not take in Read Moreto account the amount of noise that transfers to the downstairs residents. And there is no point in complaining about it because the apartment managers will do nothing about it but send out a mass e-mail. The water constantly gets cut off because of some issue . Do not get a downstairs apartment.

It's a family friendly complex with some great amenities and spacious, well-maintained apartments. The staff a Read Moret the office are always friendly and recognize residents. Maintenance is spot on with response time being less than a few hours for emergencies and withing 24 hours for any other issues. Very safe community with plenty of stores, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. An added bonus are the spacious driveways with loads of open parking, always a hit when guests visit us!

The leasing staff were very rude. They used to Misinformed about the rules , when we ask them clearly too. Lat Read Moreer they used to go back on the word bluntly saying they never said it. When proved they did give wrong information, they used to just back off being silent and making us victims.

My Personal Experience has been very good in Calloway. I have had no issues during my stay. The Location is gr Read Moreeat, staff is good and it has pretty much all facilities. Specially the renovated apartment homes and office building.

Water shutdown nearly twice every month. It gets very annoying. Everything else is good.
