Living in the Montoro Apt. complex has been the worst experience I ever had. From day one the apt. we got has Read More a very bad smell in the bathroom I guess they had a toilet over flow, I would guess. The bathroom sink cabinet also has a bad rotted out base they we had to get maintenance to fix, but they only fixed the front of it and not around the outside around the base .The shelf in the closet is rotted on the bottom. They wont fix that because its still STURDY.? Maintenance is very poor

The location of the property has great accessibility. The property is always clean, but the maintenance guys o Read Morenly speak Spanish and can be difficult to communicate with. The fitness center has a beautiful view, but the treadmills are often broken. The playground, pools, and dog park are small but nice. The skylights and track lighting are nice, but there's no pantry and limited closet space. Office staff can be lacking in tact and management's rule enforcement is unpredictable, not uniform.

Roach infested from day one of move in. The manager ignored my pleas for help. I never heard from her in four Read Moremonths, despite my continous calls for help. The staff was rude and treated me as if I was unimportant and a bother to them. Worst place I've ever lived in my entire life. I could go on but I want to just put the nightmare behind me and be grateful it's over. To there defense, new management was hired a month before I left and she atleast listened to me and had a professional attitude.
