People who live in the community do not follow rules such as placing trash out the night before.

For the size and capacity of this community there is not near enough parking. There are also tons of multi fam Read Moreily small apartments in this community and there should be rules against how many families are allowed in one apartment. Rules are not followed but randomly they are and then fines are given out. I have had my apartment entered by "maintenance" several times un announced and I don't appreciate having to worry about people in my apartment when I am not there.

The communication between management and residents is extremely poor. The priorities by management with regar Read Moreds to property improvements are not necessarily important to their customers - we, the residents.
