This property was advertised a luxury apartment complex. The property is very run down. The apartment was ov Read Moreer run by roaches, air conditioner did not work, the stove was broken and would not work, pet urine and feces all over the balcony, Staff were rude, worst property manager, maintenance came into the apartment when I was away and a bill fold and money was stolen. the people in the apartmetn below mine, use the patio as a bathroom, urine and feces are all over the patio. List goes on!

They never fixed any thing and the electric bill was three times the amount of all other apartments and there Read Morewas an on going issue with bed bug inspections every two weeks, so I guess they had bed bug issues. The residents around me trashed the grounds like it was a dump yard. They threw mattress on the sidewalk, cigarette butts, beer containers and trash all over the grounds.

when i first moved in there were a lot more people outside at night and during the year this was reduced. I li Read Moreked the staff in the office and the were very courteous. Some of the communication was not as good as it could have been this may be due to the mix on etnicities in the complex.

The price you had to pay for rent and the accommodations they had were not worth the pay. They never responde Read Mored to service requests. Roaches were horrific and they never did anything about it. The management for this place was the worst i have ever seen before in my life.
